One send gate
There is exactly one screen in the product that can submit an application, and you have to be on it. No other surface can send. The copilot prepares work and leaves it in your list.
This is architectural, not a setting. There is no mode that turns it off.
Explainable by default
Every score carries its reasons, including the ones against you. If the product rates a match at 84, it will tell you what pulled it up and what pulled it down.
Humans make every hiring decision
On the employer side, AI ranks, flags and annotates. It never rejects, selects, or scores a person into or out of a process. A named person makes each decision and the record shows who and why.
Automated employment decisions are increasingly regulated. We designed for the defensible position rather than the fast one.
Your data, and who can see it
Your searches, applications, drafts and outcomes are yours. If an employer or partner sponsors your access, they see participation totals across a group and nothing about any individual.
We do not offer sponsors a view of individual activity, and we will not build one.
Your CV and personal information
Documents you upload are used to help you apply and for nothing else. You can export everything, and you can delete everything.
Under-18s and safeguarding
Opportunities are hosted by verified organizations. Student data is private by default. Parental consent is required for photography or publication. Schools see what a student chooses to share with them.
Where we operate
We handle personal data in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and to GDPR standards for anyone reaching us from the EU.
